Labiaplasty Cost in Korea
Labiaplasty is an elective surgery, so in Korea it is self-pay and each clinic sets its own price. This guide explains what drives the cost and what a complete quote should include, so you can compare clinics fairly.
Insurance
Cosmetic labiaplasty is not covered by Korea's National Health Insurance (NHI). If you have a documented medical problem, ask the clinic how it would be assessed, but expect most labiaplasty to be billed as non-covered (비급여) care.
What drives the cost
- Technique: edge trim versus wedge or more complex reshaping.
- Extent: labia minora only, or also labia majora.
- Combined procedures: adding clitoral hood reduction or other surgery.
- Anesthesia: local only, sedation, or general anesthesia.
- Method: scalpel or laser-assisted.
- Surgeon experience and clinic setting.
- Aftercare: medicines, follow-up visits and any revision policy.
We could not find a credible, current source for typical labiaplasty prices in Korea (HIRA's published non-covered fee data does not clearly cover it), so we do not list numbers. Prices advertised online are often promotional and may exclude anesthesia or aftercare.

When to get help sooner
After surgery, contact the clinic promptly for fever, pus, spreading redness or a wound that opens. Go to an ER for bleeding that will not stop with firm pressure.
